A lovely Lunch !

Today we went out to JJ's at Longford for a lunch for Janelle's Birthday. The little girls were pretty well behaved, a little loud but not to bad really. Food was nice I had a Chicken Panini.

These are some of the little girls from church all roughly about the same age. Mia, Issi, Bethany and Meg. Mia looks so grown up in this sitting with the big girls. It freaks me out because only a matter of months ago she looks like Ruby now. Goes to quick.

A Pleasant Sunday Afternoon !

Yesterday when I finished work it was such a nice afternoon we decided to go for a picnic in the city park. Ruby was so keen to go adventuring all on her own. We also had a lovely afternoon on saturday so we went out for breakfast and then walked to town. Issi went to see Cat's with her Poppy so Nathan and I had a lovely afternoon sitting around drinking coffee and chatting. Had my haircut off on saturday morning and I really like it very easy to manage.

Book Week !

It really was not that hard to decide what Isabella would dress up as for book week. She is a HUGE fan of these fairy books. I bought her this lovely fairy dress last year at the Fairy shop in hobart, it was a little bit pricey but she has worn it to death already. Nathan's Mum bought her a red one a couple of years ago so that is now Rub's.

Unfortunatly Ruby was still in bed or this would have been quite a nice Family photo. Poor old Rub's always seems to be in bed, she loves her sleep.

Birthday Presents

Isabella was very excited to recieve a new fish tank and some fish from Grandma and Pa for her birthday. We did have a fish last year but it went to heaven. Mum set the tank up on friday the day before Issi's birthday by her actual birthday on the Sunday we had released 6 more fish to fish heaven, the three in there at the moment have been around for a couple of weeks so we might just have the tank right fingers crossed.

Beado's, Issi was very keen on these Beado's for her birthday. I am glad I got them for her she has had a lovely time making all the different animals and patterns. It is also good us time when Ruby is in bed.

Not much happening in Town !!!

Life has been pretty quite at our house this week. Although on Tuesday we looked after Millie and Ebbie as Kate was in Hospital having "Jacob David Cawthorn". It was very exciting, Kate texted me on tuesday morning and asked if the baby was not born by three could I pick Millie up from school, so all day I was waiting by the phone.
We finally got the call at 5:00pm to say that Sam and Kate had welcomed into the world a beautiful Baby brother and Son. 10 pound 2 oz. So a pound smaller than Issi but a very healthy little(or not so little) Boy !!! The girls were very excited, I was very surprised when they both fell asleep on the couch at 7:30pm they were both very high and I thought there would be no chance of that.
I have been off work all week as my tummy is still not doing what it is meant to, am trying my hardest to eat a little more but it is hard. I had some tests on Monday and there is no little bug in there so it looks like it is just the effects of the Antibiotic's, can't say I will to keen to take any ever again.
We had a joint 5th birthday for the Ante natal girls today, it nows seems funny to call it Baby group as the girls have all turned 5. Today we went to Kings Meadows Macca's, to think 5 years ago we were meeting in funky Cafe's as our beautiful babies were just so content to lay in there prams. Oh where have the years gone ?

My baby turns 5 !!!!

Yesterday we had Issi's 5th Birthday party. Nathan had a great idea to hire the hall across the road from our house and it was great. We had 15 little 5 year old girls with not so little 5 year old voices, very cute. Issi had a lovely time.

The cake Isabella's clever cousin made for her birthday tea last night. Alex loves cooking and has a thing for cake decorating. She normally has to recover what ever I have decided to make.

This is the cake she had for her party, a pink car was her request.
