Good Weather for Ducks !!!

Well it has now been raining on and off for the last couple of days. This is causing a little bit of stress in our household as we are having Ruby dedicated tomorrow at the Fairy Dell in the Gorge, I have this morning been wondering if we should relocate to home ? Will make a decision later in the day, then will need to contact everyone.
Have had a pretty relaxing end of the week, went to Uni on Thursday for my Tute. Friday morning I went to RPM and then had our baby group. It is my group form anti natal class when we were pregnant, the girls are all turning 5 this year and I think we have done a great job to stay in contact for this long.
Nathan did a fab job of making Ruby's dedication Cake yesterday, it is his trusted mud cake. Hope to have a piece this time. Everytime he has made it for school I have missed out, my choice a lot of the time.
I am at work this morning until 1:00pm then heading home to finish off any last minute prep for the dedication.

Work week nearly over..............

Well wednesday is my last day at work for the week. I love getting up on Thursday morning and know I don't have to go. I am however working on saturday morning this week.

Got the carpets cleaned yesterday and then today it is pouring, if my family know what is good for them they will not forget to take there shoes off.

Nathan is recovering really well from his operation last week, he is much happier and in far less pain than he was from his knee last year. The girls are in childcare today so as he can catch up on some school work and his huge list of dreaded emails.

Issi is finding it a little hard to be away from us at the moment, getting very upset when we take her to care and also school. She was pretty brave this morning only had a few tears.

Ruby is just so content, such an easy baby. I can't believe she is turning one in two weeks, where has that year gone. I so enjoyed that first six months, I felt so in love with her every minute of the day. I still do now of course but life has got busy and I feel like I don't get to enjoy either of the girls as much as I would like to.

Easter Monday !!!

We all had a little afternoon nap this afternoon. We then took the girls to the park to run and ride off some energy. It was beautiful
there, nice afternoon.

Family BBQ

Last night we had a BBQ at Cathy and Andrews. It was really good to have everyone together. Dad and Jenny, Christopher and Tan came up also. John, Leanne and Luke where also there. Had a few wines so we stayed the night. I did not take any pic's but I reckon Cathy did so will have to steal them off her.

Catch up !!!!

Well on wednesday we headed to Hobart for Nathan to have surgery on his leg and side, all went really well and Nate is feeling pretty good and healing quickly.

Another busy week down. Can't see that next week is going to be much better. I am taking Nathan to Hobart on wednesday to have surgery, I am now also taking the girls. Staying with one of my girlfriends sisters, Issi is looking forward to this as they have a boy a couple of years older than her who she has played with on a few different occassions.
Life is still seeming a little out of balance for us at the moment, to much going on.
